Italian Food Style is easy to walk past — it's a small stall inside the Thong Sala food market, not a standalone restaurant with a sign out front — but Chef Roberto's fresh, handmade pasta is the kind of thing that gets mentioned by word of mouth rather than found on a "best of" list.

This is homestyle Italian cooking in the most literal sense: pasta made fresh on site, a short menu, and only a handful of tables, which means it never feels like a production — more like eating at someone's actual kitchen counter. If you want the polished, bigger Italian dining-room experience, that exists elsewhere on the island; this is the opposite of that, in a good way.
