About Haad Yuan
Haad Yuan has no road — the only ways in are by longtail boat or a jungle path over the headland from Haad Rin. That isolation is exactly why it's stayed one of the more beautiful, unspoiled beaches on the island: clear water, a proper sandy beach, and jungle-covered hills rising straight up behind it.
Eden Garden — the Saturday party
Perched on the hillside above the beach, Eden Garden runs an open-air dancefloor every Saturday night, from 21:00 through to noon on Sunday — genuinely one of the most spectacular party settings on the island. Getting there
Get to Haad Rin first, then catch a longtail boat from the pier — fare is 100–150 baht each way. There's also a roughly 30-minute jungle hike over the headland from Haad Rin if you'd rather walk.
Good to know
- Bring more cash than you think you need — no ATMs, no cards accepted out here
- Last boats back to Haad Rin usually run until early evening — check timing before you head out for the day
- Combine with neighbouring Haad Tien if you want to see both coves
